The hotel is perfect, it has consistently courteous staff at the reception desk. The breakfast is very good and delicious with scrambled egg and pastries and cheese, there's an option for each taste. Superior king room is tasteful, has a nice bathroom. Very central location just off main town square as well as the town center, and cafes and casinos are minute away from the venue.

The room, the quietness, the view, the breakfast, the warmth of the welcome, the kindness of the staff and the excellent location close to the Arve river in the center of Chamonix.
The gym could be better, it is a very small room with only one low quality bike and stepper. But could still enjoy!

Nice pool, parking on -site. Tasteful room and nice bathroom, free breakfast. Wonderful location close to the town centre, Alpine style building.

The location. The advice provided by staff on which buses to catch, restaurants try, ski shops to use and how to orientate yourself.
Sound proofing of the walls is poor.

Great spot in Chamonix
Just spent 5 nights here, and it was awesome! The staff is super friendly. Loved chilling on the balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Breakfast was packed with fresh goodies, and the afternoon treats were a nice surprise. Only wish the bedside lamps were a bit brighter for reading at night.
